California tax sale calendar

Quick answerCalifornia tax sale timing: County auctions vary by county, most in spring (many May-June) with reoffers within 90 days; some counties hold fall sales What is sold: Tax deeds. Registration and deposits are due before the sale — in most counties, the day before — so the list posting date matters as much as the sale date.
