Oklahoma tax sale calendar

Quick answerOklahoma tax sale timing: Annual county treasurer June Resale beginning the second Monday in June each year, continuing day-to-day until all parcels are offered (68 O.S. §3125) What is sold: Tax deeds. Registration and deposits are due before the sale — in most counties, the day before — so the list posting date matters as much as the sale date.

Verified Oklahoma sale dates are added as counties publish their lists — members get them by text and email the moment they post. The sale rhythm below is from Oklahoma law.

Rate / penalty: n/a — pure tax deed (resale) state; no tax lien certificate is sold to investors (certificate sale repealed in 2008), so there is no statutory interest or redemption premium for a buyer

Redemption: No post-sale redemption. Owner may redeem at any time before the resale deed is executed / the resale auction begins, after taxes have been delinquent 3+ years. Exception: a person under mental disability may redeem within 1 year after the disability is removed (68 O.S. §§3113, 3131)
