Pennsylvania tax sale calendar

Quick answerPennsylvania tax sale timing: Upset sale annually in the statutory September window (no earlier than the second Monday in September, 72 P.S. § 5860.601; e.g. Erie County Sept. 28, 2026), followed by judicial sales and repository sales later in the year What is sold: Tax deeds. Registration and deposits are due before the sale — in most counties, the day before — so the list posting date matters as much as the sale date.

Verified Pennsylvania sale dates are added as counties publish their lists — members get them by text and email the moment they post. The sale rhythm below is from Pennsylvania law.
